Common questions
-
Climbing can be exactly how hard you want it to be. Our beginner climbs are the equivalent of climbing a 10-foot ladder. We set a full range of problems that are clearly labeled with a difficulty level using the v-scale. We make it easy to find beginner friendly climbs and then gradually progress through more challenging climbs.
-
Kids under 3 are not permitted in any of our climbing areas. Ages 3-5 are permitted to climb in our Top-Out area in order to utilize climbs that are designed for their body sizes and enjoy our slide as a reward. Ages 6-14 are permitted to climb throughout the gym with adult supervision.
-
Any athletic attire is ideal. Shorts, pants or leggings are most common along with t shirts or tank tops. Baggy clothing is not ideal. Wearing or bringing socks if you plan to rent shoes is encouraged but not required.
-
No. We have open gym times during our open hours and welcome drop ins any time. Reservations for classes are necessary and can be booked online or over the phone.
-
On average most guests spend between an hour and half to two hours at the gym. An hour of climbing paired with some time to utilize our coffee shop; game tables and board games makes for a fun session.
-
No, however we do require all guests to complete our waiver process in order to proceed past the front desk. If you are supervising youth climbers, we highly recommend joining the fun by getting yourself a pass and climbing with them.
